DOTHAN – HOUSTON COUNTY: Emergency responders getting busy tonight: The Houston County Sheriff Communications Center and Dothan Communications Center are doing a fantastic job. In a few short minutes they get slammed with calls from all over the county. They get law enforcement, fire and medical crews rolling in all different directions, and never skip a beat. Great job to them.
6:56 PM Structure fire 215 Tracie Lane in Dothan. Dothan Fire and Dothan Police responded.
Lucy First Responders, Cottonwood Rescue, Dothan Fire responded to County Road 4, reports of 99 year old male, unresponsive, CPR in progress. Dothan Fire Engine 4 ( Southside ) was called to meet Cottonwood Rescue with advanced life support. Houston County Sheriff Deputies also responded.
Cottonwood Fire responded to the ball field at field, 11 year old with a possible broken femur. Hodgesville Volunteer Fire Chief Todd McNeal on the scene standing by for Cottonwood Rescue to arrive. Cottonwood Police responded.
Cowarts Volunteer Fire responded to a motor vehicle accident, no injuries, on 84 East in Cowarts. Houston County Sheriff Department and Alabama State Troopers responded.
7:51 PM Dothan Fire ( Highlands ) responded to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Liveoak Trial in the Highlands. Dothan Police responded.
8:38 PM Dothan Fire responded to 507 N. Foster Street, Saints Apartments, natural gas line spraying from the ground.
