EUFAULA:    Eufaula Police are on the scene of a murder. The scene is on Randolph Street near downtown Eufaula.

A lookout has been issued for a black male Jasper Toney. He is reported to be driving a silver Lincoln with fancy rims. Toney is reported to black male 6'0 350 pounds.

The murder is reported to be domestic related.

UPDATE NO 1 @ 5:24 PM

Law Enforcement are in a foot chase with the suspect on Gammage Road in Eufaula. Ventress dogs are responding to the area where the subject fled on foot.

Update No 2 @ 6:20 pm

The Ventress dogs have tracked the suspect to the lake, reports are the suspect has taken his own life. Police are still investagating the incident.

About the murder in Eufaula yesterday afternoon. You haven't identified the mother so I won't mention her name in case it hasn't been released yet. But I want to talk about her and her son. She has a little boy who I have been told was in the truck yesterday when she was shot. Her little boy watched her die. This little boy and her mom were involved in a baseball team with my son last summer. I did not know her well, but you could tell that she was a good mom. She was at every practice and every game. And now her precious little boy has lost his mom. I just want to request that everyone pray for this little boy to help him through this tragedy and for his future.
