UPDATE on Yesterday's Tractor Trailer Incident on South Oates

After stopping the Tractor/Trailer there actually was a man riding in the closed in trailer. He was also an employee and the battery on his phone was dead and he didn’t have any communication with the driver and there wasn’t any door latch on the inside of the trailer.
After the person was informed of the dangers such as heat, and being forgotten about, etc. Call was turned over to AST who said no laws were broken and if he wanted to ride back there it was his choice. Truck and both employees were sent on their way …..
