The Dothan Police Department responded to a report of a kidnapping at 1108 Ross Clark Circle at 1:05 p.m. Upon arrival, police spoke with an employee of Department of Human Resources who reported the incident. The DHR worker stated she transported 15 year old AILENE LANDER to the medical center for an appointment. While at the office, the worker and Lander were approached by the victim’s step-father, CHARLES PARTIN.
