Heavy rains have water standing in the low lying areas, a tree is reported down across the road blocking both South bound lanes on 431 at Spanish Arcs.

Traffic lights are out on South Oates from Franklin to Carroll. Burdashaw and the Circle the lights are out.

Here in Rehobeth the wind is howling and the rain is coming down hard. Traffic Lights are out at 231 South and Hwy 109.

Update:

Reports are starting to come in about trees being down all over the county, please use caution when traveling county roads due to some trees may not have been reported yet.
