UPDATED @ 10:13 AM
On April 21, Zeigler ordered Bentley to produce documents and give sworn testimony at 10 a.m. at the state auditor's office, so far Bentley has yet to reply to that order.
When first issued the order Bentley said that the appropriate legal process is through the Alabama Ethics Commission where Ziegler has already filed a complaint.
Bentley added that he's cooperating with that investigation, but he's doesn't intend to further respond to Zeigler.
Zeigler says he's looking at options to enforce the order if Bentley does not comply, but he admits that failure to comply would not constitute a criminal offense.
There are 11 concerns listed in the order to appear ranging the governor's use of state aircraft to use his use of cell phones paid for with state funds.
TODAY he was a NO SHOW!!!!!!!
