DALE COUNTY:   10:37 PM  Ozark - Dale County 911 has dispatched law enforcement, OZARK EMS, Ewell Fire and Wiregrass Life Flight to reports of a gunshot.

The location is 1551 E. Co. Rd. 36, Lakes and Acres Trailer Park. Initial reports are a home invasion where the home owner has shot the suspect two times. The suspect is still on the scene.

As per protocol of trauma situations Wiregrass Life Flight has been deployed. Law Enforcement has declared the scene safe for EMS to enter the scene.

A vehicle has left the scene. No more information.

The suspect that was shot by the home owner is reported to be in critical condition. A second suspect fled the scene driving an older model Chevrolet truck. 

The suspect is described as a white male, early 20's. clean shaven, dark close cut hair wearing a ball cap.

Anyone with information is asked to call Ozark Police Department or Dale County Sheriff Department.
