MONTGOMERY:    The sentencing phase for Ronnie Gilley, Jarrod Massey and Terry Soicer began at 10 AM in Montgomery Federal Court.

The first defendant to present evidence and testimony in regards to his sentence was Terry Spicer. The court is in the middle of evidence and testimony presentation from Ronnie Gilley. They have broke for lunch.

Following Gilley will be Jarrod Massey who will present testimony and evidence in regards to his sentence.

It is estimated these phases will last until after 2 PM.

Matt  Boster is in the courtroom. The U.S. Marshall's, acting under the direction of the Federal Judges, are not allowing computers or telephpones in the courthouse. The media can not keep you updated as we did  in the trial.
