HOUSTON COUNTY:   12:28 AM  Houston County Sheriff Deputies responding to a burglary in progress. Multiple units are running emergency.


We will update but not going to disclose where at this time.

Houston County Sheriff Deputies are on the scene of a reported burglary in progress on Cottonwood Road around Guy Branch Road. All of the information at this time is a white male came out of the residence, dressed in all black, and headed south from the residence.


Houston County Sheriff K-9 is about to arrive on the scene and see if they can pick up a track.


No one was injured. At the time the home owners drove up, as I understand the call, the suspect ran out the front door.


Houston County Sheriff Department is investigating.
