OZARK: Ozark Police are investigating a shooting which occured yesterday on Willow Oaks Drive in Ozark. The victim is in the hospital.
Information is limited at this time. Ozark Police and Dale County Sheriff Deputies have guarded the scene today. There is crime scene tape around the house.
As we understand the victim is unconscious which has prohibited law enforcement from conducting an interview with the victim.
At this time all we can say is the gunshot is under investigation.

The victim has died in this case. The investigation is continuing.
The victim is Devin Willett, age 54.
The case is that of foul play. The case is being investigated by Ozark Police as primary and assisted by Dale County Sheriff Department.
The victim was transported to SAMC where he passed away.
