COFFEEE COUNTY: Emergency units from Coffee County and Alabama State Troopers are rolling to a motor vehicle accident, 2830 County Road 239 near Elba.
Reports are there is entrappment and one person reported to be on the ground. Flat Iron helicopter is responding to the scene at this time.

This accident is a head on collision accident. There is major damage to the vehicle. Enterprise Rescue is rolling to the scene. Flat Iron is in the air and responding. Emergency units on the scene are preparing for the landing of the aircraft.

Coffee County Rescue has left the scene enroute to Medical Center Enterprise.

Emergency Medical Units have loaded the patient and meeting Flat Iron in an area they can land near the scene of the accident.

Flat Iron will be landing on County Road 51.

Two patients were transported by Coffee County EMS. One patient was transported by Enterprise Rescue to meet Flat Iron. One patient is critical.
It appears one vehicle was turning into a residence when the other vehicle topped the hill and they collided. Two children, which are not reported to be critical, were involved in the accident. Nobody was ejected. Agencies envolved were Elba FD and PD, Coffee County Sheriff's office, Coffee County EMS, Enterprise Rescue.
