Lynn Haven Police are investigating the cause of an apparent drowning at the Bailey Bridge in Lynn Haven. Emergency Units were dispatched to the area at around 8:00 A.M. this morning. When Emergency Units arrived on scene, they found a 14 year old floating in the water. Family on scene stated they all drove down to Lynn Haven yesterday from Geneva, AL. Reports show the family had been fishing all night long. Some family left the boy to check on some crab traps they had set out during the night. When the family returned, they found the 14 year old floating in the water. Police say there is no foul play suspected at this time, but the Medical Examiners Office will perform an autopsy.

UPDATE @ 3:05: I did receive a call from a family friend and he stated that all family had been notified by him and that the name of the victim was Justin Thomas Webster, 14, of Geneva, AL.
