DOTHAN: Dothan Fire and Dothan Police responded to a report of a firearm assault in the 1100 block of Montgomery Hwy.

Multiple Dothan Police Investigators and Crime Scene Investigators are on the scene of Plum Lounge. The person shot is dead.
Dothan Police Chief Steve Parrish is on the scene.
Dothan Police were dispatched to the shooting at 1:34 AM. The first officer was on the scene at 1:35 AM.

One person is confirmed dead at the scene... The suspect is still at large. Chief Parrish stated this was early in on in the investigation that will last on into the morning...

Plum Lounge wanted to make sure it was known this murder did not occur on their premises but in the parking lot next door.
