DALE COUNTY:   Well it is 2:45 PM. And I have had cruel and unusual punishment administered to me.

In the bonding business I had court before Dale County District Court Judge Stan Garner. I was first on the docket.

Judge Garner skipped to page 3 for preliminary hearings on two robbery charges. The charges were of a male subject at a residence in Ozark. Two people charged. So I had to endure listening to the Investigator, Ozark Officer Isler. Then the victim, a 18 year old white male.

The two defendants were represented by Jackie David Robinson and Joe Galo.

The victim testified that he was from Barbour County. One of the suspects was from Barbour County. The three suspects are black males.

The Ozark Officer testified $ 2,000 was taken. The victim testified they took $ 1,500 From him. The victim stated that he took the money from a child support card. His grandmother gave it to him so he could buy a truck.

The victim testified that the two suspects and one other held him and took the money from him. The victim is 18, and was at the residence visiting his baby's mom. She is seven months pregnant.

The victim stated that he smokes cigarettes. He buys them from his girlfriends EBT ( food stamp card ). The victim stated he was unemployed for the past four months.

The victim stated that he did not smoke dope. But he said he smoked refer. When he was asked the difference, he testified that dope is a narcotic and refer is weed. The victim said they bought a $ 10 bag of refer. ( marijuana )

The victim stated that he was driving someone else's 2013 Nissan and chased the suspects down the road. He stated that he did not catch them.

Well, I had court at 1:30. It is now 2:52 PM and still going on...and on...and on. That is the cruel and unusual punishment. My case would take 30 seconds. And I have to sign to this.

Galo asked questions to the victim...where do you live, your grandmother, your daddy, did you finish school...and on and on.

It is now 2:58 PM and Judge Garner bound the cases over to Grand Jury.

The Judge then has a recess for three minutes.

At 3:10 PM Judge Garner returns....and skips me again!  Help 😰😰😰 What did I do to you Judge?

UPDATED @ 3:22 PM

The Judge then holds a bond revocation. A man was on bond and got five new criminal charges. His revocation was continued until December 3.
