HOUSTON and DALE COUNTY:    2:31 PM.   Ozark - Dale County 911 Center was literally begging and pleading with Echo Rescue to try and find a driver and crew for a medical emergency.

The call was a 13 year old in and out of consciousness in Napier Field. Echo Rescue was having trouble in finding a driver. The Ozark - Dale County 911 Dispatcher asked Echo Rescue to please find someone to drive the ambulance and respond. They advised that Pilcher Ambulance could not respond.

UNDERSTAND - this was a 13 year old girl in and out of consciousness.

NOTE:     Pilcher Ambulance is not responsible for Dale County calls. Out of the goodness of their heart, Pilcher Ambulance filled in for a period of time when Ozark EMS abandoned the south end of Dale County. The Commission Chairman of Dale County was to work a plan. Several years ago the plan To be developed but to date nothing.

Pilcher Ambulance was slammed in Dothan and Houston County at the time of this call. Again, Pilcher Ambulance is not responsible for Dale County. Dothan and Houston County is their primary coverage area.

WHAT PART OF THESE ISSUES DOES MARK BLAKENSHIP AND MARK CULVER FAIL TO UNDERSTAND?

If I was District Attorney in either circuit and a person died, I would personally make sure the County Commissioners and County Commission Chairman were indicted for Willful Neglect of Duty.

I know in Houston County, four years ago, every Houston County Commissioner and the Houston County Commission Chairman were told we had issues. That four years ago they were told the most important task of the Emergency Management Director, Steve Carlisle, was to work to fix issues with the volunteer fire and EMS.

And all Steve Carlisle and his staff did was to "destroy" Dothan - Houston County Emergency Management. They worked hard to make it a non essential agency and a failed four years.

I know that when Ozark EMS stopped running the south end of Dale County, Mark Blakenship knew there was a problem in providing EMS coverage. And they have done nothing to solve that and it was several years ago.

RIGHT NOW - the Houston County Commissioners are aware that Columbia Rescue, from January 1 through July, of 113 actual calls has made 4. And so is the Alabama Emergency Medical Council.

The Houston County Commissioners are still funding Columbia Rescue. And the Alabama Emergency Medical Board ( Useless and Government Waste ) still allow this continue. And the state EMS uses the excuse they have a contract with Pilcher Ambulance.

So if your heart stops in Columbia, the response time is 30 minutes or more. While Pilcher Ambulance is good, they still have a 30 minute response.

SLOCOMB, HARTFORD and GENEVA RESCUE

I am working on all of the details. But because some "individuals" cared about people's lives and property, and they wanted to save people's lives and property, they went to work.

The Slocomb Rescue and Fire, Hartford Rescue and Fire, and Geneva Rescue and Fire, put a plan together and worked the plan. They get paid, generate money and provide life saving services to the people of Geneva County.

So if these three can do it with the limited revenue and industry, then Mark Culver and Mark Blakenship can STOP their greed for themselves long enough to get the problems fixed. All they look for is how to develop something they can make money from personally.

THANKS to the volunteers with Echo Rescue. You volunteer your time and resources in order to save lives and property. And you responded today.

Apologies to the Ozark - Dale County 911 Dispatcher for having to get on your hands and knees literally begging to get a crew to respond to save a life.

Your Dale County Commission Chairman Mark Blakenship and commissioners, the Houston County Commission Chairman Mark Culver and commissioners get paid to solve this in order to save lives and property. And they do not care about the lives.
