DOTHAN:   4:16 PM    Dothan 911 dispatched Dothan Police and Dothan Fire to Montgomery Highway and Ross Clark Circle. A black Nissan occupied by a black male was reported to be passed out and unresponsive.


A minute later it was reported that the vehicle was northbound on Montgomery Highway passing Westgate.


Emergency units rolled but probably not much to the call.

Dothan Police cancelled responding units. The person reporting was behind the vehicle which had entered Dale County. A BOLO was issued to Dale County.


When a person is down, reported laying down in the road, side of the road, unresponsive in the vehicle, etc., the signal used by the law enforcement is coded as "man down" which reflects a person is down and unresponsive.
