DOTHAN: 6:27 AM. Dothan Police came up on a blue Jeep in the north bound lane of 231 North and Westgate Parkway.
A female was in the driver’s seat, cell phone in lap, head tilted over, vehicle running, in Drive and passed out.
Dothan Police called for rescue to respond. Dothan Police utilized the auto unlocking kit to make contact with female after multiple attempts to make patient wake.
The officers were able to finally get female awake after entry into the vehicle.
Dothan Fire Engine 3 ( Westgate ) responded and checking person out. There was nothing medical so Dothan Fire left.
Dothan Officers conducted a field sobriety test on the female. Unknown if arrest made, I left before completed.

The female was arrested.
