LEE COUNTY ( AUBURN/OPELIKA ):   Rumors are flying all across the State of Alabama today about the Lee County - Matt Hart - Luther Strange Grand Jury. From all across this state I have been receiving telephone calls concerning indictments.


RUMORS - RUMORS - RUMORS have been flying for weeks speculating the Matt Hart Grand Jury in Lee County. Today the rumors have been unusually high.


A check around 1 PM from the Lee County Jail, no persons have been booked on Grand Jury Indictments.


Any Grand Jury indictments from Lee County the person would be booked into and required to make bond from the Lee County Jail.


Rumors and speculation continues each day and week.


We are monitoring the activity and sources in and around Lee County. Should we hear anything we will post.

So far we have not found any news reports anywhere that the Matt Hart/Luther Strange Lee County Gradn Jury has made any arrests.


Rumors circulate everywhere. At a Auburn football game I spoke with someone in authority in the legal system, who did not know me and I did not know them about the saga in Lee County. The person said he did not think Mike Hubbard would be indicted in Lee County because he knew to many persons in power.


It is an interesting saga that causes a lot of discussion. There has been a lot of smoke with no fires as of yet.


Matt Hart indicts Houston County Commissioner Bobby Snellgrove. What was interesting was, Snellgrove was the only Houston County Commissioner that testified. Let me clarify, the only sitting commissioner during the Country Crossings deal that testified. And he was the only one indicted.


The other commissioners did not testify and they were never indicted. And most likely, Snellgrove will never be convicted in Houston County.


The people of this area havezero confidence in the Alabama Attorney General Office under the reigns of Luther Strange.
