JACKSON COUNTY FL: Jackson County Sheriff and Florida Highway Patrol are on the scene of two vehicle accident with at least one fatality.
The accident site is south of the Florida Welcome Station in the northbound lanes of traffic.
The accident appears that a vehicle that was south bound crossed into the north bound lanes of traffic.
A fire department is on the scene along with Jackson County Rescue.
We are holding pictures until next of kin is notified. The one photo is a distant picture.

Two persons were transported to a Dothan hospital from the wreck. The two persons were in the Dodge truck. The fatality was from the car.
We hold scene pictures until next of kin is notified. I do not want someone to see a car and it belong to their loved ones.
