UPDATED @ 8:24 AM BREAKING NEWS: Shooting, Free For All At Dothan Night Club

DOTHAN:   Dothan Communications has rolled Police, Fire and Ambulance to reports of a free for all and shooting on East Powell Street.

The first units on the scene has reported a gunshot victim on the ground in the front. Police have reported CPR in progress and the suspects are possibly in the business. The business is Club Prime Time.

Dothan Fire Engine 1 ( Central ) is on the scene. Joining Dothan Police on the scene is Houston County Sheriff Sgt. Reichert, Sgt. Turner and Investigator Arias.

Dothan Fire Batallion Chief Pete Webb has called SAMC reporting this as a trauma alert.

At 3:39 AM Dothan Fire Medics have left the scene enroute to SAMC with gunshot victim, trauma alert. Sgt. Jason Adkins apprehended two suspects down the street from the scene.

Police, Sheriff and Alabama BeveragevControl Board Agents had the scene wrapped up. The officers had the front of the club, Prime Time, sealed off with tape. They were emptying the club one by one and searching each patron has they came out of the club.

UPDATE @ 4:10 AM

Dothan Criminal Division Investigators are placing yellow evidence markers around the scene. About 11 markers have been placed on the street in front of the the club.

Preliminary scene information is security from Prime Time had removed a person from the club. When they got outside UNCONFIRMED friends of the person were outside the club and that is when the trouble started. One person was shot.

Multiple agents from Alabama Beverage Control Board were on the scene.

Dothan Police took one person to jail for being disorderly on the scene.

Dothan Police Captain Keith Gray is on the scene. Gray is the Captain over patrol division.

Dothan Police, Houston County Sheriff and ABC Agents are still working on clearing the building. Officers have the rear of the building staked out. The officers have everyone that was in the club clear from the club and searched. Officers are now questioning persons to see what information they might have.

The two suspects Sgt. Adkins has detained, at least one of the suspects has blood on his shirt.

the gunshot victim has passed away.

The case is still under investigation.
