DALE COUNTY: Units from the Midland City Fire and Police are on the scene of a single vehicle roll-over on the overpass on U S 231 North. We don't know how many are injured but please use caution if traveling in that area.

Reports are there is a fatality in this accident.

The crash involved a Dump truck and a passenger vehicle. The driver of the dump truck was not injured. Alabama State Troopers are assisting the Midland City Poilice with the investigation into the cause of the crash. Sheriff Olson and other members of the Dale County Sheriff's Office responded to help in anyway possible.

We are awaiting Dale County Law Enforcement and ALEA - Troopers to make notifications of the next of kin before putting up scene photos and name of fatality.

Alabama State Troopers have identified the victim in this morning's wreck in Midland City as 24-year-old Sean Miller. Miller was the band director at Dale County High School.
Miller served as interim or Intern we understand at Dothan City Schools before becoming band director at Midland City.
Miller is married with one child. We understand he and his wife were expecting a second child. Miller's wife is band director in Troy. His mother teachers at Girard.
