DALE COUNTY: Fire and EMS are on the scene of a report of a vehicle vs train on 5th Street and Hwy 134 in Midland City. Reports are at least one person is injured.

Midland City Police, Midland City Fire and Pilcher's Ambulance were on the scene. Members of CSX Railroad were on the scene.
A small SUV did not yield to the train and they impacted. Pilchers Ambulance transported, non emergency, to a Dothan hospital with non life threatening injuries.
It appears the driver of the car might have been playing the radio to loud to hear the train.
But at railroad tracks, the rule is....STOP, LOOK and LISTEN.
