Fadette, AL: Fadette Fire has just been dispatched to a structure fire at 3788 Cotton Box Road. Reports are the house is on fire at this time. It is also reported that the structure is a vacant house. Fadette Fire has requested for Slocomb Fire to be put on standby for mutual aid.

UPDATED: Fadette Fire Units are having a hard time trying to get to the fire because some roads are closed. Fadette Command is now reporting all responding units come non emergency. Reports are the structure is already on the ground. Fadette Fire is now requesting Wiregrass Electric to be dispatched to the scene to cut the power. Fadette Fire Command is now requesting Slocomb Units to be enroute but enroute non emergency. The structure has burned to the ground.

UPDATED @ 9:30: Fadette Fire is still on the scene. Fadette just advised Wiregrass Electric now on the scene.
