TAYLOR: Houston County 911 has paged out Taylor Volunteer Fire at 101 Pineridge Road at 9:21 PM. The location is off Highway 52 West.
Houston County 911 reports lights were flickering and now smoke in the attic.
Taylor Volunteer Fire and Bay Springs Volunteer Fire are the responding volunteer fire units rolling to the scene.
NOTE: For the life of me I can not understand how Bay Springs Volunteer Fire Department is the back up to Taylor Volunteer fire for a structure fire off Highway 52. I have given up on understanding the common sense. While I serve on the 911 Advisory Committee, I have yet to understand things like this.
If no update it means no actual fire.

Houston County 911 just cancelled all responding fire agencies.
