UPDATED @ 9:48: BREAKING NEWS: Coffee County Sheriff's Deputies Respond To Domestic Fight in Progress

Coffee County, AL: Elba Communications has dispatched Coffee County Sheriff's Deputies to Coffee County Road 446. Reports are there is a violent fight in progress and the victim has a restraining order on the suspect. At the time of dispatch, the Deputies were not close to the scene because there are only 2-3 deputies on at night time. A Coffee County Sheriff's Deputy advised Elba Communications to go ahead and roll Kinston or a Game Warden, if either was close to the scene. Coffee County Sheriff's Deputies are on scene at this time. It is unknown if the victim is injured at this time. A Kinston Police Officer is on the scene also. The caller advised the male subject has left the residence at this time walking on foot. Suspect was last seen headed towards Alabama State Highway 134. Suspect was last seen wearing long wearing pants and a khaki colored shirt or jacket. Will update when further information is available.
UPDATED: Coffee County Sheriff's Deputies are on the scene and have the suspect at this time. The Deputies are investigating what happened at the scene. Everything is reported to be ok at this time. If anything further develops we will update.
UPDATED @ 9:48: The suspect was taken into custody by Coffee County Sheriff's Deputies. He is being transported to the Coffee County Jail. Great job to the deputies for responding quickly!
