Well it is 8:13 PM on Thursday evening. At 7:36 PM tonight I left Geneva Alabama at Maple Avenue Baptist Church. I have been at Geneva County Sheriff Greg Ward's retirement celebration. As this article is written I am in my vehicle at Lowe's Parking lot, Hartford Highway and Ross Clark Circle.

Matt Boster has responded from his Rehobeth home to the structure fire in Kinsey. He linked me as I was between Malvern and Taylor and told me of the structure fire. My county portable which I monitor the fire departments is dead. Matt informed me of the fire and I pulled over at Lowe's to post the fire as he was responding.

Because the spelling police and grammer police hammer us, I wanted to point out that Matt and I are the primary news people for RSN. We cover 24/7.

At times some of the bonding staff helps get pictures.

We post in parking lots, tailgate of the truck, from the phone in a restaurant, from the courtroom, on the run and in between.

YOU help us by sending us photos and information. By sending us text messages and emails.

Sometimes we are slow on responding. My phone text messages have been beeping steady since I arrived in Geneva at 6. Then on the drive but I did not read them while driving.

RSN is only as good as the information you provide to us. We are YOUR news site and post our cell numbers for you to contact us.

No matter the issue, we keep our sources CONFIDENTIAL. We like sources within places and in the community. If we are slow to respond, keep on. It is just we are running from point A to point B, and we do have a life.

This is way to much information, but after this article it is to funny, at least to me, not to share.

You have to understand again, we are not some huge media outlet.

I was in the bathroom about to take a shower. I heard my Linc sound and walked in the bedroom and answered. It was Matt informing me Dothan Police was in a chase. I turned my portable radios on, Matt was rolling towards the chase.

Prepared to get in the shower, I was standing beside the bed with the AIRPAD on the bed, updating the chase as it was going on. Giving play by play updates of the chase as it was developing.

Afterwards, I took my shower. As I thought about it, it was just to funny to me the way we operate. Normally I always have a blue tooth key board that connects to my phone or AIRPAD to post. Normally, Matt or I are listening to the radios for breaking news.

I tell you this just to let you know, we try to keep you informed and are always ready...well most of the time.
