UPDATED at 10:00 AM Serious Critical Accident

DOTHAN:   The 911 Communications Center has rolled emergency units to 5408 Forter Street near Creek side Drive to a serious/critical motor vehicle accident.

The accident is reported to have possible entrapment.

The driver and her dog was not injured but the car wasn't as lucky. Traffic was down to one lane and then shut down until the wreck could remove the car. Taylor Fire and Pilcher's responded along with the Houston County Sheriff's Office. The cause of the wreck is under investigation by the Alabama State Troopers.
