DOTHAN: Dothan Police are on the scene of a domestic call on Roosevelt Drive. The suspect is believed to be armed and has made threats. Police are talking to the victim to gather more information.

The suspect is surendering to police at this time and has now been taken into custody without incident. Will update more shortly.

What started out as a domestic call quickly turned to a baracaded suspect. The Dothan Plice K-9, Command Staff and SRT were on the scene along with uits from patrl and traffic. A one block area was closed arounf the suspects home and Heard School was placed on lock down. Police took the susepct into custody after nagotioations with the suspect worked and he surrendered to police. A secondary check of the home was done to ensure the house was empty. Arrested Hank Timothy Ready, white male, 31 years of age, of Roosevelt Drive was arrested and charged with third degree Domestic Violence.
