DOTHAN: 4:53 PM. Dothan 911 dispatched a serious critical accident in East Wayne Road off Hodgesville Road. The initial reports to the 911 Center was a young child went under the vehicle.
Multiple Dothan Police and Houston County Sheriff Deputies along with Dothan Fire and Pilcher Ambulance raced to the scene.
When units arrived the child was not under the vehicle, was conscious and breathing.
The EMS crews loaded the child in the ambulance and transported trauma alert to SAMC.
Dothan Police are investigating.
We are holding the pictures for a few minutes.

The injuries to the child did not appear to be life threatening. The child did receive some facial injuries and will require dental work.
