There has been a shooting in Ashford on Third Avenue.  It is confirmed that one person has been shot and is being transported to the hospital at this time.

As of right now all we know is that the shooting was a suicide attempt, it not clear why this happened. The identity is being with held at this time. The victim was trasported to a Dothan Hospital in critical condition. Ashford Police are handling the investigation and no more information is availible at this time.
