DOTHAN: At 10:46 pm... Dothan Fire, Dothan Police and Pilcher's responding to report of a person struck in the 3000 block of the Circle. 


Responding units were advised to use caution her to patient still lying in the roadway. 


UPDATED @ 11:06 PM


Paramedic with Engine 3 and Pilcher's transported the victim to a Dothan hospital non-emergency. The incident is under investigation by the Dothan Police Department.
