Ord. No.__________Rezoning property owned by John T. Watkins, Jr., 1004 Circleview Drive from H-I (Heavy Industrial) District to A-C (Agricultural Conservation) District. Died due to lack of motion by the Commission.

Res. No.__________Declaring certain properties which are overgrown with weeds, scrub, wild bushes, grass and other vegetable growth as injurious to the health, safety and welfare of the community as nuisances and ordering that the properties be abated. APPROVED

Res. No.__________Accepting a statutory warranty deed from the Houston County Industrial Development Authority for a parcel of real estate located at the intersection of East Burdeshaw Street and the Ross Clark Circle. APPROVED

Res. No.__________Entering into an agreement with Wiregrass Rehabilitation Center, Inc., to provide maintenance services at an annual cost of $465,206.79 plus approximately $17,000.00 per year for Rip Hewes Stadium Cleanup. APPROVED

Res. No.__________Adopting a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Dothan and the Wiregrass Museum of Art that outlines the responsibilities of the two parties. APPROVED

No.__________Appropriating $410,000.00 to the Dothan Downtown Redevelopment Authority for assistance in funding the Porter Hardware Museum & Visitors’ Center Project ($350,000.000 for Capital Expense and $60,000.00 for Operating Expense). The Commission voted to do this 6 to 1 with Commissioner Ferguson voting against this.
