UPDATED at 12:50 PM Structure fire on Main St Headland!

Mutual aid has been requested!   Matt and Sandra are on their way for RSN.  Matt has reported that the fire is a pole barn behind a residence at 715 S Main Street.

Firefighters have the fire knocked down and under control at this time. It appears to be a pole barn behind the house that caught fire. Headland Fire arrived on scene and began attacking the fire and was able to get control quickly. Kinsey Fire also responded to help with the firefighting. A small room under the police barn was destroyed but over all the barn can be repaired. Headland Rescue and Headland Police were on the scene also. Main street in the 700 block is closed due to the water supply crossing the roadway.
