UPDATED AT 3:24 PM- Dothan Police and Dothan Fire Respond To Pedestrian Struck By Vehicle

DOTHAN: Dothan 911 Center has dispatched emergency units to Buyer's Drive and Common's Drive at Wiregrass Commons Mall in reference to a pedestrian struck by a motor vehicle. The patient's location is between Dillard's and Toys-R-Us. Initial reports are a female jumped from a vehicle at the mall.
Dothan Fire Engine 6 ( Napier Field Road ) under the command of Sgt. Eben Matthews has just arrived on the scene. Matthews addvised they have a female laying in the roadway.

The victim was alert and talking to paramedics when they left the scene, the injuries appeared to be minor scape's. Report are the victim jumped from the moving vehicle, Lucky the vehicle was going slow when the victim jumped.
