UPDATED at 4:20 PM: Motor Vehicle Accident In Dothan With Fatality

DOTHAN: Dothan Police and Fire are on the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the 3000 block of Ross Clark Circle. Reports are there is a fatality in the accident.

Matt Boster and Ricky Beck are on the scene for RSN.

Confirmed reports are the driver of the SUV has been killed in the crash. The other driver was taken to the hospital by ambulance with non-life threatening injuries. The center two lanes of the circle in front of Shoney's is closed due to the crash and the Dothan Police Traffic Division Crash Team is on scene and have begun their investigation in to the cause.

We are holding the photos pending the notification of next of kin. Our hearts go out to the family of the victim.

Driver has been identified as 73 year old Avis Miller of Dothan.
