DOTHAN: Multiple Dothan Fire units responded to a report of a structure fire at 700 Shirley St. The first unit on scene advised flames visible from the rear of the structure. Battalion1 has command. Dothan Police responded along with an ambulance. Shirley is closed due to emergency equipment and supply line blocking the road.

Firefighters have the fire out at this time. Dothan Fire Marshal Mike Shiver is enroute to the scene. No one was injured in the fire that has destroyed the home. The cause of the fire is not known at this time.
