DOTHAN:    7:21 AM  Dothan 911 has dispatched police-fire- EMS to an edged weapon assault on Sommerset Drive. The victim has a cut to the face with uncontrollable bleeding. All persons are on the scene and reported to be intoxicated.


Emergency units are rolling to the scene.

The victim refused medical attention. Police are talking to the victim to find what happened.
