Updated: Breaking News: Structure Fire Reported at 307 Highland St

Multiple Dothan Fire Engines are responding to a report of a structure fire at307 Hightland St. First Engine on scene has advised flams visible. Battalion has command. Dothan Police are responding along with an ambulance. The road is closed due to supply line blocking the road

 

Update:

 

Firefighters made entry and were able to contain the fire to the kitchen area, Firefighters are ventilatiing the smoke and checking for hot spots. The family was able to make it out of the home safely. Dothan Utilities came and turned off the power until the home could be checked out. The family is going to stay with relitives until the home can be fixed back enough they can return.
