GENEVA COUNTY:   Deputies from the Geneva County Sheriff's Department and Samson Police are on Stephenson Road where they found a car abandoned.

Reports are the officers have found a briefcase with a large amount of cash inside. The doors to the car are open.

Law Enforcement Officers are investigating.

Marty Bowden is responding.

Alabama State Troopers and agents from the Alabama Bureau of Investigation are on the scene. The agents can neither can confirm nor deny anything.

Sources have said "double digits" in money has been found and officers are investigating

A white male subject showed back up on the scene. He is now reported to be in handcuffs. Investigation continues.

UPDATED BY MARTY: The Officers on scene could not release any information at the time. This information comes from citizens and not Law Enforcement Officers.
