DOTHAN:  Last night there was an accident on McAllister Road just off Beverlye Road. Three patients were transported to SAMC, two of the patients under a "trauma alert". The third patient was transported "non emergency" with non life threatening injuries.

The family has had a tremendous outpouring of family and friends since the accident. Some of the family have requested that I update who two of the victims are and their conditions.

Brandon Wells, age 16, a student at Cottonwood High School is one of the two persons which was transported "trauma alert" to SAMC. Brandon is the son of Terry and Denise Wells. Bradnon underwent surgery to repair neck injuries.

Cole Granger, age 16, a student at Cottonwood High School, is one of the two persons which was transported "trauma alert". Cole's injuries were the most serious of the three and was the first patient transported from the scene. Cole underwent surgery last evening and more surgeries are expected this next week. Cole is the son of Pam Pylant, Stepfather is Don Pylant. Cole's dad is Danny Granger.

The families of all three request you keep all three young men in your prayers. Both Brandon and Cole are in serious condition.

As the family desires we will update the condition as they let me know.

On behalf of the families, thank you for your prayers for their children.

UPDATED @ 5:22 PM

We have just been updated.

Brandon has come out of surgery and is doing ok.

Cole has been breathing some on his own today.

A prayer walk TONIGHT at 6 PM at Bauman's Pharmacy across from the hospital. There are many people at the hospital outside the rooms of both young men.

Please continue to lift the young men, their family and friends and the medical providers up in prayer.
