The Enterprise Police Department is investigating multiple auto burglaries that took place over the weekend. The auto burglaries occurred between September 30, 2016 and October 1, 2016 in the area of Cotton Creek. In the majority of these cases, there was no sign of forced entry into the vehicles. It appears the suspect(s) were targeting unlocked vehicles. The suspect(s) stole money, portable electronics, a firearm, and military equipment from the victims’ vehicles.
The Enterprise Police Department would like to remind the citizens of Enterprise not to leave valuable items in their vehicles and secure them in a safe place. The Enterprise Police Department asks that residents report suspicious persons or suspicious activity in their neighborhood.
The Enterprise Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division (CID) is investigating these auto burglaries and asks that anyone with information regarding these crimes to contact the Enterprise Police Department at (334) 347-2222 or leave us a tip at www.enterprisepd.com.
