Dothan Police and Dothan Fire are responding to a report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle in the 3900 Block of Fortner Street. First Reports are the injuries are code Alfa (Most Critical) responce. Report are the victim is a confirmed fatality.
We will update when we have more information.
The area where the incident took place is closed and will remaine closed until the investigation is complete.
UPDATED:
The victim has been identified as 71-year-old Darlene Dean.
