Ozark Fire and Ozark Police are responding to a report of someone being struck by a train at Church Ave and Bingham Ave. No more information is availble at this time.


We are attempting to contact the Ozark Police Department for more information on this. So far messages have been left but no responce back.


UPDATED:


We have learned the male victim has suffered two broken legs, but was taken to Dale Medical with what we are told are non-life threatening injuries. The accident is still under investigation by Ozark Police.
