There has been a shooting at a doctor's office in Jemison this morning, a city employee confirms.


The shooting happened at Dr. Jayprakash Patel's office in the 24000 block of Highway 31. Dr. Patel is listed as an internal medicine doctor online.


UPDATED:


The shooter shot himself but didn't die.
