Reports are coming from Dale County that a pursuit involving a stolen vehicle from Georgia has ended in a crash. Multiple vehicles are reported to be involved including at least two patrol units.

UPDATE  5:47 PM

Dale County Sheriff Deputies went to stop a vehicle. The vehicle fled and did not stop. A chase started.

Dale County Sheriff Wally Olson was on the scene. He said the chase hit some county roads and back onto 231. The suspect vehicle hit two patrol cars and then slid across the median striking Dale County Sheriff Chief Deputy Tim McDonald. The suspect vehicle then overturned.

Sheriff Deputies are working to put all of the puzzle together. The vehicle is believed to be stolen out of Madison County Alabama.
