Updated With Video: Undercover Operation in Houston County Nets Numerous Arrests, Several Suspects Sought

On December 21, 2009 the Houston County Sheriff’s Office concluded a four month undercover drug operation which led to the arrest of several persons for Unlawful Distribution Charges and Trafficking Charges and other unrelated charges

 The Houston County Sheriff’s Office assisted by the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board (A.B.C.), the U.S. Marshal Gulf Coast Fugitive Task Force and Sampson Police Department apprehended:

Curtis Lamont Baker, 24 year old male of Dothan, Al.    

Thaddius Floyd, 31 year old male of Dothan, Al.

Anthony Newby, 22 year old male of Dothan, Al.

Jonathan Darnell Thomas, 23 year old male of Kinsey, Al.

John Earl Williams, 20 year old male of Dothan, Al.

Ronnie Scott Williams, 41 year old male of Dothan, Al.

Victor Jandell Culver, 27 year old male of Dothan, Al.

and charged with 1 count of Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance with a bond of $10,000.00.

          Jessie Thompson, 43 year old male of Ashford, Al.

          Gregory Marcus Lee, 41 year old male of Dothan, Al.

          Johnny Mack Jackson, 23 year old male of Dothan, Al.

were charged with 2 counts of Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance with a bond of $10,000.00 for each charge.

During the apprehension of Johnny Mack Jackson at the 2100 block of Rocky Branch Rd. Dothan, Al. recovered at his residence was 2 pounds of marijuana with a street value of $5,000.00, also recovered from the residence was 10 grams of cocaine and a High Point 45 caliber automatic handgun. Federal charges are pending upon the completion of the investigation on Johnny Mack Jackson.  Also arrested from the residence on unrelated charges were:

          Darien Reeves, 28 year old male of Dothan, Al.

          Daron Reeves, 28 year old male of Dothan, Al.

          Kendrith Mitchell, 30 year old male of Dothan, Al.

          The Houston County Sheriff’s Office with the assistance of the U.S. Marshals apprehended Daphne Nicole Glanton, 30 year old female of Dothan, Al. for Trafficking in Cocaine with a $50,000.00 bond. Daphen Nicole Glanton is awaiting extradition to Houston County from Florida.

          Wanted by the Houston County Sheriff’s Office for Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance warrants are:

          Kasheen Bolden, 31 year old male of Ashford, Al.

          James Otis Williams, 22 year old male of Dothan, Al.

          Brandon Antonon Stanyard, 19 year old male of Dothan, Al.

          Kendrick Bernard Fields, 22 year old male of Cowarts, Al.
