UPDATED W/PHOTOS: Breaking News: 2 Car Crash on Hwy 109, Road Completely Blocked

A two vehicle crash has occurred on Hwy 109 and MCallister Road. There is no entrapment, but there is heavy damage to both vehicles, and Hwy 109 is completely blocked.

Due to a medical call in Rehobeth, Matt was unable to make it to the accident.

Both vehicles had to be towed due to heavy front end damage. All occupants were treated on the scene by Rehobeth Rescue and refused transport by ambulance. One patient was going by personal vehicle to get checked out further.

Southern Junction Fire and Houston County Deputies made sure traffic kept moving even though it was one lane and vehicles had to get a little off the roadway to clear the wreck.

Alabama State Troopers are investigating the wreck.
