U.S. Marshals: Fmr. Tallassee Asst. Police Chief Chris Miles in custody

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -


Officials with the United States Marshals Service confirmed Thursday that former Tallassee Assistant Chief Chris Miles has been taken into custody.


No information surrounding Miles' capture have been released at this time.


Miles was ordered to surrender to the Federal Bureau of Prisons on Friday, but did not show up.  After his no-show, Marshals were given a pre-trial release warrant against Miles for not self-surrendering.
