DOTHAN: At 7:13 PM Dothan 911 dispatched Police - Fire and Ambulance to Fortner Street outside Ross Clark Circle in front of Harvest Church. A motor vehicle accident, passenger car verses a fire hydrant.
Dothan Police arrived on the scene first. It was reported it was a medical issue of a diabetic,
Dothan Fire Engine and ambulance checked the patient.
Dothan Utilities was called to the scene to check the electrical lines. Dothan Water was called to the scene to check the water and fire hydrant.
