Wilkins, 44, was charged with 18 counts of attempted murder, one count of shooting into an occupied dwelling and one count of shooting into an occupied building.

The papers identify 17 people shot at the downtown Tuscaloosa bar: Mario Alexander Fritz Winkler, Jillian Nicole Garcia, Andreas Hielscher, Kaitlyn Knapp Lamb, Jason Bradley Atencio, Kelvin Tramon Sigler, Brian William Hundley, Cody Clay Patterson, Jonathan Riley Dunn, Rachel Amberly Studdard, Andrew Herbert Stone, Tebiarus Levert Gill, Willis Junior Howard, Jeremy Cordell Davis, Alonzo John Ruffin, Renardo Jackson and Christopher Bryant Johnson.

Jackson and Winkler are still at DCH Regional Medical Center, said DCH spokesman Brad Fisher. Winkler is in serious condition and Jackson is in fair condition. Three victims were released today.
